Roads are important monuments, regardless of their age and the conditions they offer. This is an undeniable fact. The 21-kilometer-long infrastructure work, part of the “Blue Corridor,” is the first of Category “A” in Albania, thereby laying a “cornerstone” toward a new standard. The highway meets all European Union criteria, with a speed limit of 130 kilometers per hour.
