On the Thuman\u00eb-Kashar highway, there are three toll stations:<\/strong><\/p>

  • First station<\/strong> Located at the entrance of Mother Teresa Airport.<\/li>
  • Second station<\/strong> Located at the entrance from Kashar.<\/li>
  • Third station<\/strong> Located at the exit of Thumana.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\n<\/div>

    \nWHERE CAN THE TOLL PAYMENT BE MADE?<\/span>\n\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n

    At the designated toll booths on the highway, based on the location where the passage occurs.<\/strong>
    Our current system allows flexible payments, offering options such as cash and bank cards, in both euros and lek. This diversity in payment methods and currencies is designed to meet the needs of highway users, making the payment process easier and faster. All payments are automatically recorded in the electronic system to ensure transparency and accuracy.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>

    Traditional toll booths usually have one or more lanes where payment can be made (either by an operator or using an automated payment machine that accepts cash or cards). Typically, there are also one or more lanes dedicated to drivers with electronic payment devices.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>

      \nWhich vehicles are exempt from toll payments?<\/span>\n\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n

      • Traffic Police vehicles;<\/li>
      • Ambulances;<\/li>
      • Firefighting Force vehicles;<\/li>
      • Military vehicles, NATO;<\/li>
      • Persons who have disability status based on Law No. 7889, dated 14.12.1994 'On Disability Status,' as amended, and who use vehicles solely for their personal needs and not for private activities, are fully or partially exempt in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/li><\/ul>
